The Production Assembler II will be supporting Production Department with daily production activities and work flows. This Production Assembler II will also be required to interface with other internal customers.

As our Production Assembler II, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Performing functional testing on downstream SIO panels, intelligent controller panels, Software House panels, M5-bridge panels, and iStar panels.
• Performing advanced programming and erasing for the approved firmware revision, when required.
• Supporting with daily RMA processing.
• Supporting Production Technician when required.
• Supporting loading OEM code and rework when required on daily work orders.
• Performing sub-assembly works.
• Performing de-assembly and assembly of the readers.
• Performing final reader mechanical assembly before shipments.
• Performing mechanical assembly.
• Performing soldering rework of either SMT or Through-Hole
• Supporting in packaging and shipping.
• Assisting other staffs when needed.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Your Experience and Background include:  

• Minimum 2-3 year of related work experience.
• Familiar with ISO9000:2015 environment.
• Understanding of the Bill of Material and Manufacturing Work Order.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders.
• Ability to perform some basic soldering of electrical components.
• Ability to use the pneumatic tooling.
• Ability to work well under pressure and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform simple task utilizing the manufacturing work instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and continue to grow professionally.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and comprehend English language.
• Good and strong team player and gets along well with others
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Window 10 will be a plus.

The base salary for CA is $20/hour - $22/hour.
