Position: Project Manager – Crestmead

I am seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager/Detailer to join our team and help the business continue its journey of excellence.

Based in Crestmead, Qld the primary responsibilities for this role are to:

•  co-ordinate projects post sales ensuring the product provided is fit for purpose and achieving customer needs and within budget.
• Understanding the installation method and ensuring it is safe and reliable.
• Products may need to be custom designed at times to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of project budgets in line with the current business plan and in keeping with the objectives of the Company and its affiliates.
• Ensure informed and accurate technical advice is provided to potential customers regarding the Company's products.
• Ensure the accurate preparation of production paperwork for the correct manufacture of the Company's products as required by the client.
• Preparation and completion of statutory hand over documentation as may be required.
