Factory Hand/Process Worker role

Location: Crestmead, QLD | Full-time or Part time | Day Shift

Mirage Doors (Aust) Pty Ltd is looking for a Factory Hand to join our Production team at our Crestmead facility.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be kept busy, learn new skills, and see the results of your work every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the action on the factory floor, getting stuck in and helping keep everything moving. Your day includes:

• Building and assembling roller shutters and doors
• Grabbing materials and getting jobs ready for production
• Loading and unloading trucks and company vehicles
• Moving stock, parts and finished products around the factory
• Using your hands and power tools — drills, grinders, sanders, saws and hammers
• Operating (or assisting with) workshop machinery
• Giving machinery a quick check and some basic TLC as needed
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
• Jumping into local deliveries using company vehicles
• Making sure everything meets quality standards before it goes out the door
• Helping out newer team members and sharing your know‑how.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a superhero, we’re happy to train the right person if you’ve got the right attitude:

• Some experience in a factory, warehouse or manufacturing role (handy, but not a deal‑breaker)
• Comfortable using hand tools and having a go on basic machinery
• Physically fit and happy to stay active on the job
• Can follow instructions and notices the little things
• Works just as well solo as you do in a team
• Forklift licence desirable
• Turns up, pitches in, and puts safety first
