What you would do as our Integration Technician
Reporting to the Technical & Operations Manager, as an Integration Technician for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic team and to develop in a fast-growing multinational company. Note that this position will be mostly remote after the probation period.
You would also be responsible for:
• Assisting our customers in installing troubleshooting and maintaining our software and systems.
• Assisting with integrations and use cases between third party systems and our systems.
• Cooperating with R&D regarding new software and updates.
• Being backend support for Visionline and troubleshooting of issues customers are facing.
• Working between the customer and R&D for bug fixing and implementation of new software versions.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has technical education OR relevant experience in similar roles (minimum 2-3 years).
• Has good knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose, VMs (Linux/Windows), PostgreSQL, WebAPI integrations with Postman and Swagger.
• Has good co-operation skills, ability to work and function both in teams as well as independent.
• Is fluent in Spanish and English, written and oral, in everyday and technical language.
• Has experience with Visionline Locking System, Mobile Access eco system, PMS, and Python/JavaScript will be a strong advantage.
