Lead the people side of global transformation.
Technology may power transformation—but people make it successful.
At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our global organisation successfully navigate major ERP deployments and operational transformation programmes. By leading the people side of change, you'll help ensure our transformation delivers lasting business value.
If you're an experienced organisational change professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact across a truly international business.
The role
You'll lead the people side of major ERP deployments and operational transformation programmes, defining and delivering the change strategy that drives business readiness, stakeholder alignment and successful adoption across every stage of the transformation journey.
Working across regions, functions and cultures, you'll combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery—leading change initiatives, stakeholder engagement and leadership communications while ensuring the Global Operations intranet and digital channels become trusted platforms that support employees throughout every stage of change.
What you'll work on
- Lead organisational change and business readiness activities supporting global ERP deployments and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communications that drive adoption across global deployment waves.
- Partner with PMO, IT, business leaders and regional teams to assess organisational impacts, align stakeholders and reduce adoption risks.
- Own and continuously improve the Global Operations intranet, including content governance, publishing workflows, landing pages and employee resources.
- Create deployment communications, readiness materials and engagement activities that help employees confidently adopt new ways of working.
- Continuously improve change, communication and engagement approaches to strengthen collaboration across Global Operations.
What will help you succeed
- Around five years of experience leading or supporting organisational change within global business transformation or ERP implementation programmes.
- Proven experience developing change strategies, business readiness plans and stakeholder engagement activities that drive successful adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and collaborate across global, matrix organisations.
- Experience using SharePoint, intranet platforms or similar tools to deliver employee communications and support organisational change.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, excellent organisational skills, fluent English, and the confidence to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.
