Help shape how people experience global transformation.

At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, you'll play an important role in helping our global organisation successfully deliver major ERP deployments and operational transformation programmes. By shaping the people side of change, you'll help ensure employees are engaged, prepared and ready to adopt new ways of working.

If you're someone who enjoys building, creating and making change happen, this is an opportunity to shape how people experience transformation across a global organisation.

The role

You'll own and deliver change workstreams supporting major ERP deployments and operational transformation programmes, helping to turn change strategies into practical actions that prepare people, engage stakeholders and drive successful adoption.

Working across Global Operations, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—building engagement, creating communications and helping teams confidently adopt new ways of working in a fast-evolving transformation environment.

What you'll work on

  • Build and deliver organisational change and business readiness activities supporting global ERP deployments and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Create communications, stakeholder engagement plans and change activities that help employees successfully adopt new ways of working.
  • Partner with PMO, IT, business leaders and regional teams to understand change impacts, align stakeholders and support successful deployments.
  • Own and continuously improve the Global Operations intranet, including content governance, publishing workflows, landing pages and employee resources.
  • Create deployment communications, readiness materials and engagement activities that support colleagues throughout each stage of transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how change, communications and employee engagement are delivered, introducing practical ideas that make transformation more effective.

What will help you succeed

  • Around four to eight years' experience supporting organisational change, business transformation, ERP programmes or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience delivering change activities, stakeholder communications or business readiness workstreams where you've taken ownership and delivered measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across teams and cultures.
  • Experience using SharePoint, intranet platforms or similar tools to deliver employee communications and support organisational change.
  • A proactive, resourceful and hands-on mindset, with curiosity, learning agility, fluent English and the confidence to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
