Customer Service Specialist

What you would do as our Customer Service Specialist 
We want someone who is able to work with customers to resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about our organization's products and services. His primary focus will be on the hospitality sector for Global Solutions Division of ASSA ABLOY.
You would also:
•    Assess and advice to clients on our available products,
•    Order entry and quotes,
•    Deal with the stock control
•    Work on project department backup
•    Update and maintain our product catalogue.


The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
•    Is Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
•    Has 2 to 3 years of experience (in the hospitality sector would be a plus)
•    Is located nearby Barcelona (desirable)
•    Has Full time availability 
•    Is curious and proactive to learn our technical products.
