The role
We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team based in Coolaroo, Vic.
As Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will:
- Generate invoices based on works completed, ensuring accuracy to facilitate timely payment of accounts
- Develop and generate service reports to facilitate best practice business performance management
- Undertake business development activities such as quotation follow up and outbound customer calling
- Answering majority of phone calls – 1st point of call
- Create maintenance agreements, letters, renewals and contracts
- Schedule all maintenance work
- Working closely with ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Commercial personnel to develop and maintain a project hand over system whereby completed jobs are recorded in the scheduling tool (currently Aroflo) for future reference and to facilitate proactive sales activities.
- Managing incoming communication from customers and taking the lead to ensure appropriate action is taken to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist to coordinate dedicated field technicians and sub-contractors to fulfil immediate and long-term service requirements
