Sales Executive-Professional End User

 

Job Description

  • Identify and engage with professional end users, including architects, contractors, and facility managers, who are seeking advanced door opening solutions.
  • Contact professional end user, system integrators, architects, interior designers, property developers and consultants for product specifications and tendering.
  • Establish & maintain an interactive and a long-term trustworthy work relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Working to annual sales and revenue targets as set by the business unit manager.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of professional end users.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide product information and follow up when necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in sales and marketing or other related disciplines.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experiences in sales/customer service coming from building materials industry.  Candidates with electromechanical knowledge is advantageous.
  • Aggressive with excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.
  • Proven Track record of achieving KPI’s and targets.
  • Familiarity with door opening technologies, including electromechanical and mechanical systems, access control, and security features are favourable.
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin, MS office.
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
