Senior Web Developer

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with 6+ years of experience in .NET Core API and React.js development. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects, mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality web solutions while following best coding practices.
Job Duties & Requirements (included but not limited to the following):
.NET Development:
- Architect, design, and develop .NET-based web applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, and .NET Core API development.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance backend implementations.
- Optimize code for performance and maintainability, and perform advanced troubleshooting.
- Design and manage SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
React Development:
- Develop and maintain responsive, modern web interfaces using React.js.
- Implement component-based architecture and manage application state using Redux or Context API.
- Deliver polished, user-friendly UI using Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar libraries.
- Integrate React applications seamlessly with .NET APIs and backend services.
- Handle complex UI logic, dynamic rendering, and performance optimization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in .NET and React.js development.
- Strong command of ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, .NET Core APIs, and RESTful API design.
- Proficiency in SQL Server — database design, performance tuning, and complex query handling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to manage sprint planning and progress tracking.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.
Technical Knowledge (Added Advantage):
- Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Azure/AWS, and web security best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
