Senior Test Engineer

     

 

Role Summary

We are looking for a proficient RPA Automation with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions while leveraging UiPath Test Suite to ensure high-quality and reliable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Build reusable components and automation frameworks for scalability
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Test Suite
  • Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for automation workflows
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing automation solutions
  • Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
  • Adhere to RPA best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in RPA development
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite /SAP Test Automation
  • Solid understanding of workflow design, selectors, and debugging techniques
  • Experience with REFramework
  • Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Understanding of STLC and defect management
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#, VB.NET)
  • Experience with SQL Server / Oracle
  • Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath certifications (UCP, Advanced Developer)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Exposure to AI/ML (Document Understanding, AI Center)

Test Automation Focus

  • Develop and manage automated test cases using UiPath Test Manager
  • Integrate testing into SAP Cloud ALM and other Systems
  • Validate workflows through automation
  • Manage test data and environments
  • Track and report test results and defects

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
