Profile Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem to design and develop advanced software solutions.
This role involves working across SDK development, Windows applications, cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI, and hardware integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in system-level programming, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to independently drive features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging modern engineering practices such as AI-assisted development and spec-driven development.

Qualifications

- Exposure to Windows driver development (UMDF/KMDF)
- Experience with embedded systems or device ecosystems
- Knowledge of security concepts such as cryptography and authentication
- Familiarity with IoT systems, MQTT, or cloud integrations
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Build and maintain Windows-based applications (WinForms, WPF, or WinUI)
- Develop cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI with focus on performance and user experience
- Contribute to the design and development of SDKs and reusable libraries
- Work on hardware integrations and communication layers (USB, UART, I2C, SPI, HID, CCID)
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for seamless device interaction
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application and system performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture
Modern Engineering Expectations
- Hands-on experience or exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
- Understanding of spec-driven development methodologies
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation
- Familiarity with context-aware development approaches
Technical Requirements: (Good to have)
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core and/or Framework)
- Experience in Windows application development (WinForms, WPF, or WinUI)
- Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI for cross-platform application development
- Experience in developing SDKs, APIs, or reusable libraries
- Knowledge of hardware communication protocols such as USB, UART, I2C, SPI, HID, and CCID
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Good understanding of object-oriented design and system architecture
Education and/or Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required, with graduate degree preferred
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering with exposure to system-level development and hardware-integrated applications
