Profile Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in UI engineering for both web and mobile applications. This role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade user interfaces using Angular, React, and Flutter, with a strong emphasis on performance, usability, and cross-platform consistency.

The ideal candidate leads frontend architecture, design systems, and UI best practices while maintaining strong full-stack fundamentals and an understanding of cloud-native application principles, including The Twelve-Factor App methodology.

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Design, build, and lead development of high-performance, reusable, and scalable UI components for web and mobile using Angular, React, and Flutter.
  • Drive UI architecture decisions, including component design, state management, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences, with strong focus on performance optimization and usability.
  • Build and maintain enterprise-grade frontend applications following industry best practices and design patterns.
  • Apply test-driven development (TDD) principles and ensure robust test coverage using tools such as Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, and Flutter testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, Architects, Backend Engineers (Java / Node.js), QA, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Support and integrate with REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms.
  • Work within cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) using microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, establish UI best practices, and contribute to frontend and mobile architectural standards.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Angular and React for web UI development.
  • Proven experience building mobile UIs using Flutter, with a solid understanding of cross-platform design considerations.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and UI performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating frontend and mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Solid knowledge of Node.js and full-stack application workflows.
  • Experience working in cloud-native architectures, preferably on AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization using Docker.
  • Strong experience with frontend and mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, Flutter test tools).
  • Understanding of security best practices including authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.

 

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience building scalable, responsive, and high-quality UI-centric applications.
  • Strong experience with frontend and mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, Flutter test tools).
  • Understanding of security best practices including authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
