Job Summary: In this role, you will work in the position of Sr Infrastructure Engineer at Chennai center of excellence, responsible for running and supporting ASSA ABLOY opening solution. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver & run multiple Projects for different ASSA ABLOY Business Units.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience with supporting large scale enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions for internal and outward facing applications

• Strong interpersonal skills, independence and initiative, excellent communication, and ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment across multiple regions and time zones

• Cisco UCS, VMware, vCenter, Windows 2012+ OS, Storage (EMC), Cloud (Azure), Citrix XenApp 7.6+, SCCM

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance for the Enterprise Infrastructure environment

• Work closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance and manage issues through to resolution

• Provide support and assistance to issues reported through Incident Management tool and/or direct requests from IT associates.

• Manage multiple projects and accurately report the status of all major assignments while adhering to all project management standards

• Deploy, manage, troubleshoot physical/virtual servers and ESXi Hosts
