Position Title: Senior Engineer - End User Computing

About the Role

We are looking for a Workplace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our End User Computing team as Senior Engineer - End User Computing. A hands-on Senior Engineer who ensures our Windows client environment runs securely, efficiently, and seamlessly for all our users worldwide.

As one of our go-to experts for advanced incident resolution, automation, and service optimization, you will combine deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset to continually improve the end-user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as 3rd line expert for advanced incidents, problems, and requests across the Modern Management and Windows client landscape.
  • Lead the technical resolution of escalations and perform detailed root-cause analysis together with our service provider.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune configurations, including compliance, device policies, and application deployment.
  • Implement solutions according to approved high-level designs.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate configuration, compliance, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Design and implement Power Automate flows to enhance EUC service efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager as a key technical partner for performance reviews, escalations, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with SDMs, Operations, and Security teams to ensure secure, high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to Evergreen lifecycle management, ensuring clients remain secure, updated, and standardized.

 

Core Skills & Experience

  • Over all 8+ years’ experience with minimum 5+ years in End User Computing roles at senior engineering level.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including policy management, app deployment, and reporting.
  • Strong experience with Windows 11 management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Expert-level PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Solid understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, CMDB relationships, and automation triggers.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex endpoint issues.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across cultures and time zones.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Windows 365 / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Experience with Intune reporting and Graph API queries.
  • Hands-on experience using Power Automate to streamline workflows.
  • Background in global enterprise environments with structured ITIL-based processes.
