About the Role

The “Senior Engineer Collaboration” will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of Microsoft 365 services and closely related products. They will respond to incidents and requests allocated to the team within the Service Now systems and work closely with project teams to implement new or improved services based on Microsoft technologies.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Chennai, India.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Experience administrating services like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and other cloud apps within the Microsoft 365 platform
• Experience with email security such as DKIM, DMARC and SPF
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Problem Management and Change Management skills
• Experience working in a global environment
• Ability to be part of our 24/7 support team
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with overall 7 to 8 years of experience.
