Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Identify, recommend, and integrate AI solutions that drive engineering efficiency and advance organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
• Lead initiatives to embed AI capabilities into existing and new tools. Integrate AI features into existing R&D platforms
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate AI solutions.
• Train and support teams on the effective use of AI-enabled tools.
• Monitor and assess the impact of AI adoption, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and ethical standards in AI implementations.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and related fields. Track ROI and adoption metrics

Education and/or Experience         

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with AI platforms and developer tools (such as CursorAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, etc.).
• Proven track record of enabling AI adoption and integration in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, data privacy and data analytics.
• Experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
