Pricing Analyst is to be detailed-orientated with strong data entry and customer service skills. This position will have responsibilities for the day-to-day pricing operations set ups, support and metric development. The Pricing Team works closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and other functional teams related to Pricing Operations.

About HID Global, Chennai:
HID Global’s, Flagship R&D Center in Chennai hosts 300 employees in a 48000 square foot space dedicated to delivering innovative product development for customers and provide an excellent platform for scaling our operations in delivering secure access solutions. The Chennai R&D Center is seen as the subject matter expert and talent pool on the latest cloud technologies, logical and physical access systems, data engineering including AI/ML, cryptographic key management systems, and other mobile-based smart card delivery systems.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Daily monitoring, implementation and troubleshooting of pricing queue requests.
- Day-to-day setup and management of pricing, on multiple company platforms, i.e. Agile, Salesforce, Oracle, CPQ
- Provide operational pricing support for the complex pricing requests as defined by the business.
- KPI metrics monitoring and reporting.
- Document global pricing process, maintain desk procedures and workflows.
- Price Book Maintenance and Support
- Execute ERP pricing, promotions, and OTC maintenance and development.
- FX monthly evaluation analysis
- System Enhancement Testing, Process documentation and Validation

- Advanced Data Entry Skills with low error ratio

Education and/or Experience:
- 1+ years Pricing Administration Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Language Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to construct succinct and efficient executive level communication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Customer Expectations:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Executive, management andindividual contributors.
- Team Player, key contributor
- Able to work in Global Environment, including off hour time zone calls/support
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Solid Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook, Word, Vizio)
- ERP system experience preferred (Oracle EBS, SAP or comparable)
- 1+ years of experience in ERP systems operation, Oracle Advanced Pricing Preferred
- Cubeware Reporting Experience a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
