Join our Group IT Infrastructure Advisory team as an Infrastructure Solutions Advisor in Chennai and play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the adoption, migration, and management of IT infrastructure services. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our products and services align with organizational objectives and deliver real business outcomes.  

What would you do as our Infrastructure Solutions Advisor

• Advise and support our customers in how to use our products in the best way
• Lead our journey of Continuous Product improvements: collect and refine customer ideas, conduct signoffs with divisions.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, translate into actionable features, and define key product metrics.
• Advise teams on designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, storage, security).
• Collaborating with all internal Group IT Teams to provide customer success using all products

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Can sell our solutions, guide customers to the best decisions, and collaborate with solution architects to create optimal solutions.
• Has a strong IT infrastructure background, probably Infrastructure Solutions Advisor or equal (cloud, virtualization, networking, databases).
• Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and understands Agile principles.
• Can influence without formal authority, advising and guiding teams, working proactively and independently.
• International Travel might be needed, experience in a global organization, and speaks English at a professional level. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments (compute, storage, network, identity, security).
• Proven customer-facing advisory experience: discovery, solutioning, migration planning, adoption, and success measurement.
• Strong understanding of security-by-design, compliance, and risk management for infrastructure services.
• Experience with service management and operational readiness (incident/problem/change, monitoring, SLOs/SLAs).
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps ways of working and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, infrastructure consulting, or a similar role supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP, ITIL, TOGAF, Security certifications such as AZ-500/SC-200/SC-300 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including technical teams and business leadership.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
