Job Summary

As the Marketing Applications Lead – IT, you will provide technical ownership and service operations of the marketing architecture and tools used within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, having a firm grasp on the interdependencies and value proposition.

You will manage the IT delivery aspects of the marketing platforms, ensuring seamless IT operations, overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance. Provide ownership and governance on the architecture across integrations, security, compliance, project deliveries, and vendor relationships associated with these applications.

You will Develop a structured framework and operating model for the effective rollout and support services, planning the lifecycle of the solutions & ensuring business value is realised.

 

Responsibilities

Teamwork & Coordination

You will collaborate with the CX Business architect, divisional eBusiness team and counterparts in the business areas to make sure architecture aligns with business needs and demand. Establish SLA and operating procedures for the applications & deliver backlog items according to agreement with the eBusiness team.

Vendor Management:

You will build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring that licensing, service levels, and support agreements are managed effectively. Negotiate and manage contracts, renewals, and terms of service with vendors.

Technical Ownership & Platform Management:

Serve as the primary technical hands-on lead and point of contact for the divisional marketing architecture. Lead on the platforms of Campaign Monitor, NPS, OneTrust, and Zapier platforms. Divisional IT point of contact for the Group AEM platform, providing overall architectural ownership, and ensuring appropriate IT governance & controls are in place at the divisional level. Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancements, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of these marketing applications. Manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure technical documentation is provisioned for all applications.

Integration Management:

You will oversee and manage the integrations between the marketing applications and other systems. Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.

Security and Compliance:

You will ensure all marketing applications comply with company security policies and industry standards. Implement and maintain necessary security measures to protect data integrity and privacy. Manage consent management processes via OneTrust to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

Project Management:

You will lead and manage projects related to the enhancement and optimization of marketing applications, ensuring end points are fully encompassed in the target solution. Utilize agile methodology to develop plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing applications domain. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Provide training and support on the use and best practices of the marketing applications.

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on marketing applications and integrations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tools such as Campaign Monitor, NPS systems, OneTrust, and Zapier. Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems, in particular Lead and Sales capabilities.
  • Experience in managing system integrations and APIs.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
