Full-Stack Developer

We are currently looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our Global Applications team in Chennai.
In this role, you will work with integrations, applications, and services that connect our customers, internal teams, and system suppliers. You will use technologies such as .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Microsoft Azure to build secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. You will also have the opportunity to
work with AI-enabled applications and contribute to the continued modernisation of global applications.

What you will be doing
As a Full-stack Developer, you will plan, develop, maintain, and improve system and data integration flows. You will help migrate and refactor existing integrations in line with target enterprise architecture, development guidelines, and best practices, while ensuring that solutions are secure, fault-tolerant, monitored, and scalable.
- Participate in daily operations and strategic digital transformation projects.
- Develop solutions using technologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL, MS Windows, Visual Studio, and related platforms.
- Develop and maintain supporting infrastructure and carry out necessary maintenance activities.
- Identify improvement and automation opportunities and bring them forward for review, prioritisation, and implementation.
- Act as a problem solver and technical anchor in dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver new and enhanced functionality for existing customers.
- Develop and maintain services used in application integrations.
- Design integration solutions and document them in accordance with best practices.
- Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations.
- Support defect resolution by analysing issues, coordinating solutions, and acting as a liaison between teams.
- Collaborate with business users and business analysts to understand and analyse business requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
- Document and manage current integrations.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with solid experience in web development who enjoys solving problems and building practical, user-friendly solutions. You are comfortable working in a DevOps setup, follow development best practices, and understand the importance of accessibility, quality, and maintainability. You are curious about what connected data can enable from both a business and technical perspective, and you want to help modernise how we build integrations to and from cloud systems.
As a person, you thrive in a changing environment where you can work independently, take initiative, and collaborate closely with others. You are structured, communicative, flexible, and comfortable exploring areas beyond your immediate responsibility to understand the full system landscape. You can assess available data, evaluate risks connected to development and operations, and prioritise accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Experience with integration design patterns.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, SQL, APIs.
- Experience collaborating with backend and frontend developers, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Energy, curiosity, and a passion for learning new things.
- Good knowledge of change management tools such as Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow in an enterprise context.

The role is based in Chennai India.
