HID Global’s, Flagship R&D Center in Chennai hosts 300 employees in a 48000 square foot space dedicated to delivering innovative product development for customers and provide an excellent platform for scaling our operations in delivering secure access solutions.  Here we deliver cloud-based solutions, web and mobile application development.  The Chennai R&D Center is seen as the subject matter expert and talent pool on the latest cloud technologies, logical and physical access systems, data engineering including AI/ML, cryptographic key management systems, and other mobile-based smart card delivery systems.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Advise marketing managers on digital engagement and demand generation best practices to optimize the performance of newsletters, emails, nurtures, landing pages and forms.

  • Create, execute and report on newsletters, emails, landing pages, nurture campaigns and forms in Marketo following industry best practices and brand guidelines, across the globe.

  • Setup assets (emails and landing pages) for digital engagement and demand generation campaigns.

  • Update content on landing pages built in Drupal.

  • Process and upload event and 3rd party program lead lists into Marketo programs.

  • Support campaign creation and list uploading process within Marketo and Salesforce

  • Create regular (monthly) reporting.

  • Use project management tool, Workfront, to receive, manage and communicate on all assigned projects.

  • Use testing tool, Litmus, to test, review and approve Marketo emails and communicate changes with marketing managers.

  • Advise, create, test and review paid LinkedIn campaigns and audiences.

  • Stay up to date on current digital engagement and demand generation best practices for optimal performance.

  • Design, run and analyze A/B testing of forms, landing pages and emails and apply learnings to future campaigns.

  • Monitor leads to ensure proper operational flow through the sales funnel and high lead quality.

  • Run and socialize reporting and analysis on all digital campaign engagements.

  • Other digital engagement and demand generation special projects as needed.

  • Ability to actively own, project manage and be accountable for all assigned projects through final delivery, meeting all timeline milestones using our project management tool, Workfront.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills utilizing collaboration tools: online meetings, email, Microsoft Teams and Workfront.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field. Candidates with an equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing global B2B email marketing/demand generation programs required.

  • Knowledge in Marketing Automation processes including campaign creation, lead management and digital marketing.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-regionally.

  • Solid grounding within the B2B environment, to understand ROI and calculate it in the most general of terms.

 

Additional Skills     

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

  • Working knowledge of Agile framework for marketing

  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com.
