Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Design, develop, unit test and deploy new business functionality and enhancements to existing Salesforce.com platform (using commonly used Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, force.com, Eclipse, VSCode, Data Loader, etc.)
- Identify and recommend solutions and enhancements for potential areas of improvement
- Ensure that technical documentation is created and updated for the operational and technical support of the CRM applications
- Deliver solutions within the agreed time and budget
- Collaborate with team members across IT to determine the impact of application system changes before they are applied
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and Sales Operations
- Provide ongoing assistance and advice to the Manager of Business Operations Systems to ensure the following:
- High service delivery
- Secure, reliable, flexible, sustainable application functionality
- Business needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Stay current with existing, new and emerging technologies and IT industry development as a source of potential opportunity/solution
- Provide technical oversight of contract development resources
- Interface effectively with all levels of management and staff internally and externally
- Adhere to the systems development life cycle procedures and process for development
- Hands on Experience CI/ CD tool like Copado, Auto-Rabbit, GIT, Bitbucket, Bamboo is a Plus.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related business area
- 3+ years of experience with development and technical implementations of Salesforce projects in a multi-org, global environment of 500+ users on Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited version
- Current Salesforce Developer certification required
- 3+ years of experience as Salesforce developer (certification preferred)
- Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documenting and updating as it relates to CRM projects
- Proven experience with commonly used Salesforce technologies including HTTP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, Force.com platform, Visualforce, Apex, Eclipse, etc.).
- Exposure to AI tools is preferred .
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and conversion
- Proven experience in supporting integration to other third party applications (Oracle EBS, Oracle Big Machines CPQ, Cornerstone on Demand a plus)
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs, analyzing processes, procedures and/or policies
- Experience and understanding of the systems development lifecycle
- Must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to mentor and motivate team members
- Ability to handle full workload and meet deadlines
- High level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Other Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows Operating System
