Associate Web Developer
Summary of Position:
The Associate Web Developer is responsible for providing technical expertise, process improvements, and developing and implementing systems improvements to increase ease of conducting business. This role will act as a software developer and aid in upgrading and improving Medeco’s existing internal database applications.
Job Duties & Requirements (included but not limited to the following):
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into specific software requirements
- Assist in developing specifications for database improvements
- Designing and developing multi-featured, intuitive web applications, including web page design and user interfaces, form management, and underlying technical solutions
- Develop programming to interface with other applications
- Develop and assist with technical documentation
- Work in a team environment to meet timelines for project implementations
- Assist in thorough testing of software applications
- Experience with managing large data sets, optimization of queries, data table displays, and data exports (CSV, pdf, etc.)
- Provide programming/IT support for customer experience initiatives as needed
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or comparable work experience
Experience:
- Fresher or 1 year of applicable programming experience in C#/.NET/React Js
- Other Technologies (preferred):
- MVC
- SQL Server
- Experience with Frameworks (e.g., Angular, Blazor, or similar)
- Experience with additional UI tools (Bootstrap et al.)
- Azure DevOps experience preferred
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile project management techniques is added advantage
Other:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Web use, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
