Profile Summary:
The Associate Manager – Network & Security will lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise network security infrastructure across global environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership and strategic execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient network operations aligned with business objectives.
This position shall lead, mentor, and manage a team Secure Connectivity Services and risk professionals, ensuring effective execution of security initiatives, fostering professional development, and building a high-performance team culture.
This position typically reports to the Senior Manager of Information Security.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following
- Manage, Lead the design and implementation of secure network architectures across on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure), and hybrid environments
- Architect and manage Fortinet (FortiGate), NAC, Proxy, UTM, SD-WAN, and Micro-Segmentation solutions
- Drive Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) initiatives including identity-aware access controls
- Evaluate, design, and implement network segmentation strategies to reduce attack surface
- Oversee secure remote access solutions (VPN, ZTNA, SASE)
- Deep understanding of L2/L3 networking (Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN)
- Experience in high availability designs (HA clusters, failover, load balancing)
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN architecture and traffic steering
- Good experience in setting up new sites(green field)
- Wireless experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot latency, packet drops, asymmetric route, MTU issues
Education And/Or Qualification:
- 12–14 years of experience in Network & Security, with at least 2–3 years in a managing team
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including supervising and mentoring staff
- Proven ability to guide teams, assign tasks effectively, and achieve organizational goals
