工作内容:

1.负责公司产品在所属地区的销售推广工作,能够圆满完成公司下达的各项销售工作、销售任务。

2.根据中期及年度销售计划开拓完善经销网络。

3.汇总市场信息,提报产品改善或产品开发建议。

4.洞察、预测渠道危机,即使提出改善意见。

5.把握重点客户,控制70%以上的产品销售动态。

6.产于重大销售谈判和签订合同。

7.组织建立、健全客户档案。

8.指导、巡视、监督、检查所属经销商的各项工作,保证公司各项政策、方针、策略落地。

任职要求:

1.大学专科及以上学历。

2.具有三年以上家居建材行业或耐用消费品行业连续工作经验,丰富的经销商管理经验。

3.掌握市场营销、营销管理和渠道管理相关知识,具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力和商务处理能力。

4.有责任心,积极的工作态度和团队合作精神,能够主动积极开拓业务及扩展业务关系。

5.根据工作需要可不定期出差或外派。

6.熟练使用Office等办公软件。
