POS Manager, PANPAN and Yale CN

1.   RESPONSIBILITY         :        ·      
  负责盼盼及耶鲁旗下门店管理，包括搭建门店系统，梳理门店资产，进行门店授权及展示，及时完成系统内新店创建及闭店等工作；
·      
  制定盼盼及耶鲁门店升级的公司政策及流程，管理相关费用；
·      
  进行盼盼/耶鲁门店SI设计管理，根据市场设计趋势变化及需求，定期升级门店SI，并完成SI在展厅/重要门店的打样落地；
·      
  根据SI管理盼盼及耶鲁门店设计，确保门店设计风格follow品牌SI，有效展示品牌形象；
·      
  协助盼盼旗舰店升级，全程跟进门店装修过程，予以物料支持及施工指导，并在装修完成后验收，给到门店对应补贴；
·      
  进行门店运营帮扶，开发门店展示道具及软装，并通过软装标准设定/物料包提供，推进门店软装升级，提升门店体验及销售能力；

2.  REQUIREMENTS        :        ·      
  经济学，管理学等相关专业本科及以上学历；
·      
  建材/家电行业5年+工作经验，有专卖店装修管理经验者优先，有门行业运营经验这优先；
·      
  思维敏捷，具有优秀的表达能力和临场应变能力，能有效团队沟通与协作；
·      
  具有良好的数据分析及逻辑思维能力；
·      
  适应性强，有上进心，较强的交流能力和抗压能力；
         ·
