North Sales Director, PANPAN

     

 

DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the National Sales Director of PANPAN. The role is responsible for the North Region Sales management, Marketing and Customer care.

 

1.   RESPONSIBILITY

 :

  • Planning for business direction of North Sales operation system, train and guide the sales team according to PANPAN overall business strategy.
  • Develop the prospect of business plan for both Project and Retail business.
  • Responsible for searching market information, in-depth marketing analysis, provide the direction of sales team execution of marketing strategies.
  • Submit the sales plan according to the north sales target, supervise and complete sales process and performance.
  • Control the cost of marketing.
  • Promote sales system management to be standardized, scientific and continue improvement.
  • Responsible for training and management of high-quality sales team, to ensure hit target with high quality team performance.
  • Organize after-sales service with Customer Service Dep.
  • Responsible for the various relationships involved in marketing activities, organize the market research of competitors, submit report to the management team.
  • Be able to coach, develop high performance Sales team, be responsible for organization transformation and people development
  • Be responsible for new dealer development and channel management of West Region

 

2.  REQUIREMENTS

:

  • No compliance issue in candidate reference check is first priority for selecting candidate in PANPAN
  • More than 10 years working experiences in sales &marketing management and at least 5 years as regional management roles or individually manage a brand.
  • Be familiar with White Goods or building material industry;
  • Has good knowledge of sales model and customer portfolio;
  • Preferably with international company’s background plus local company’s background. JV working experience is a plus.
  • Excellent inter-personal capacity with self-esteem, sincere people orientation, influencing skill, efficient communication.
  • Result oriented style and able to manage multitask.  Taking initiatives, positive thinking, willing and quick to learn.
  • Data sensitivity and good data processing skill
  • Hands on and down to the earth style.
  • Good management skills.
  • Mature, loyal, good team spirit, work under pressure.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree equivalent
