1.   RESPONSIBILITY         :        ·      
  防盗门:负责各平台营销战略制定,全年营销节奏及营销预算分配;对各店铺的数据表现、产品转化率、重点档期活动方案等进行规划执行;准确掌握竞品动态并及时进行调整;
  
·      
  窗:负责窗产品线上运营、线下经销商的生态解决方案的业务探索;制定招商策略、政策和计划,并对产品进行适时更新、卖点提炼,对不同单品制定专属的推广计划;
·      
  窗:寻找业务突破点,并配合线下尽快搭建适合的生产基地、运输渠道和销售网络;
·      
  YALE:负责耶鲁产品更新、店铺陈列、页面描述、引流、活动申请等,分析日常库存、交易、营销数据、优化活动方案,提升流量、转化、复购及搜索等各项运营指标;
·      
  YALE:面对高端指纹锁行业的激烈竞争,能紧跟行业趋势,策划独特的营销IP,整合外部带货达人的资源,有针对性的调整销售方向,从而达到对销售额的快速提升;
·      
  对销售目标负责,并分解各产品线的年度、季度、月度销售目标,并落实执行确保最终达成。

 

2.  REQUIREMENTS        :        ·    

  
  电子商务、市场营销等相关专业大专及以上学历
·      
  精通线上各平台运作流程,对电商运营有深刻认知,有较强的市场感知能力;
·      
  擅长用户的深度运营,具有家装建材或3C产品网上商城、渠道分销等经验者优先;
·      
  有较强的思维逻辑,和良好的沟通、协调能力及优秀的谈判能力;
·      
  精通使用Excel,PPT软件
