About the role

We currently have multiple vacancies for Production Team Members. Based in Cheltenham, key responsibility involves completing all work assigned to you by a nominated Leading hand/supervisor within reasonable timeframes and to a high standard using the established standard manufacturing procedures and safe operating procedures.

We are looking for people who have an interest in working with timber and people who enjoy hands on work. No experience is necessary in this role, as full training will be provided.

 

Duties include

  • Use various tools including nail guns, saws, tape measures, hammers etc.
  • Operate a range of different machinery to build door frames and doors i.e. Beam saws, routers, edge banders etc.
  • Pick timber and hardware orders
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Prepare jobs to be delivered to site 
  • Count stock and select timbers for use 
  • Operate a forklift (if licensed and required)
