Sales Engineer
职位概述:
作为新疆区域销售工程师,您将负责区域内的销售活动,同时以售后工程技术为主,确保客户满意度和服务质量。
主要职责:
1. 负责新疆区域内的销售订单跟进工作,确保订单按时完成。
2. 负责现场安装、产品调试及维护工作,确保产品性能达到预期。
3. 负责网络的搭建和维护,确保网络稳定运行。
4. 进行应用软件的组态和建立,为客户提供定制化的解决方案。
5. 对客户进行系统使用、安装维护技术培训。
6. 及时反馈客户需求,调整销售策略以满足客户需求。
7. 确保销售产品和服务质量,严格把关,提升客户满意度。
8. 配合客服部门跟踪应收账款,确保资金流的健康运转。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,机电一体化、电子信息专业优先考虑。
2. 3年及以上销售或售后技术等相关经验。
3. 需要具备出色的沟通协调能力,能够与客户和团队成员进行有效沟通,确保信息的准确传递和项目的顺利进行。
4. 应具备优秀的问题解决能力,能够迅速响应并解决技术问题,以确保客户的需求得到及时满足。
5. 需要有强烈的客户服务意识,能够提供卓越的客户体验,维护公司形象和客户关系。
6. 接受高频率的出差工作。
