To enable our people strategy, we need an exceptionally Talent Acquisition Patrner to help us indentifying the best talent to support our growth in the region. She/he will have full life cycle recruiting responsibilities from understanding business needs, candidate generation and strategic sourcing, assessment through behavioural interviewing, to offer extension and welcoming new hires.

 

In this role, you will work alongside the GCSEA Talent Acquisition Director, focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, operational process improvement, talent attraction & employer branding strategy and will drive cross-functional projects with strategic nature. 
 

What You Do

  • Work closely with Business Managers and Country HR, understand the hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges, translate them into TA and hiring strategy
  • Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs; deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across the regions to achieve lower cost of hire, quality of hire and speed of hire
  • Accountable for the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process for assigned positions (including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management, etc) and deliver first-class TA experience
  • Develop business acumen & insights on talent landscape in the targeted regions/ specific industries and help business managers making informed people decision
  • Develop and cultivate candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals to meet current and future hiring demands
  • Champion our brand (including diversity & inclusion initiatives) and promote Assa Abloy as an employer of choice to market top talents through the use of social media and branding activities
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with GCSEA TA Director, Business and Country HR Leaders to provide an overview of recruiting update / status, achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward
  • Track, maintain and leverage data & reports to develop TA performance metrics & dashboard and drive improvement plans
  • Accountable for the data accuracy and process compliance  
  • Participation in developing talent acquisition policies, processes, tools, etc
  • Lead and support additional adhoc TA initiatives / projects as needed

 

Who You Are

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting 
  • Proven track record in direct passive talent sourcing & recruiting with high successful conversion rate is a MUST

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is highly preferred
  • Comfort with change and ambiguity, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demand varies
  • An eye for metrics and capability in leveraging a data-driven approach to making hiring decisions, and to synthesize staffing metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisions
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • HRIS experience with Successfactor is highly preferred!
