Planner

     

 

Role Summary:  

Planner will support the organization in organizing assistance calls, coordinating the field activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening Assistance Calls:
    System call recording (or taking charge if the call is already open)
    Planning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance);
  • Order management:
    Taking charge of the management of the order at the time the delivery of the material to the customer or to the warehouse has been scheduled;
    Management of the administrative documentation necessary for the completion of the intervention;
  • Planning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance)
    Possible management of the rental of the necessary lifting equipment and imputation of the purchase order;
  • Maintenance management:
    Annually (or for new customers), renewal of the documentation necessary for the management of maintenance activities deriving from the contracts;
    Planning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance);
  • Administrative management:
    Reception and sorting of reports received from internal and external technicians;
    Final accounting of the activities from the intervention closing report by internal and external technicians;
  • Information passage for Service billing;
    Documents archive;
  • Verification of the correct issuance of invoices for the activities carried out during the month;
  • Forecast of the week / month for the activities carried out

Requirements:

Education: relevant high-school or university degree in Engineering and/or Business Admin

Languages: English good level, native in local language

Computer skills: MS office and CRM-skills

Other: Driving license

Experience: extended and comprehensive experience of success from international business b-2-b environment on similar roles
