What you would do as our HR Manager.
We want someone that can support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.
Our local HR manager it’s a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change an improvement. It’s also part of the supervisory board to make sure all the regulations and compliance requirements are guaranteed within the Italian legal entity.
The role reports directly to the local General Manager.
You would also:
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Moreover, managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems (GPS), tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Maintaining pay plan and benefits program. Assessing and organizing training sessions locally. Guaranties also the deployment of international training programs.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Including privacy, GDPR and HR/sustainability reporting preparation as part of the role.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of HR systems (GPS/SAP HR) and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.
