Manager, National Accounts Sales

     

 

We are seeking a results-driven National Accounts Sales Manager to grow and manage key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales performance across strategic national accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals and quotations, managing projects from order through installation, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with customers, distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to deliver successful solutions and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience selling capital equipment, industrial products, or related solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit objectives
  • Strong consultative ("solution selling") and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Experience with loading dock equipment, industrial doors, high-performance doors, warehouse solutions, material handling equipment, or related industrial products is a plus.
