About The Role
We are looking for a proven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team based in Carole Park, QLD.
Flexible part time or full time role up until 31 August 2026.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
- Accurate data entry into accounting systems
- Reconciling invoices and following up discrepancies
- Assisting with payment runs and account queries
- Maintaining organised financial files and records
- Supporting general administration and finance tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and data entry
- Organised and able to manage changing workloads
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Experienced in AP/AR or general accounts administration (preferred)
