This internship provides structured exposure to the operational and analytical foundations of a global sales enablement function. The Customer Business Analyst Intern will support day-to-day administration of customer relationship (CRM) and enablement platforms, content libraries, reporting, and programme coordination activities.
The role is focused on maintaining systems, supporting internal processes, and assisting with data collection and analysis. The position is designed to build practical experience in enterprise tools, data handling, and operational support within a global commercial environment.

As our Customer Business Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Content & Platform Management
- Manually upload and maintain sales enablement assets across platforms such as Showpad.
- Support data quality enhancement for our global CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Manage, assign and track licences across sales and enablement tools.
- Regionalise global experiences and learning materials.
- Help maintain competitor intelligence within Klue.
- Collect user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Data, Reporting & Analytics Support
- Collect usage data from enablement platforms and supporting systems.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards used for internal reporting.
- Assist with basic analysis of content usage, training completion, and platform adoption metrics.
- Prepare standard reports and summaries for internal review.
- Support data validation and quality checks across enablement datasets.
Programme & Process Support
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of enablement programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain programme trackers, timelines, and status updates.
- Support internal documentation, including process guides and standard operating procedures.
- Capture feedback and observations in a structured format for internal review.
- Support compliance activities related to GDPR, legal, and enterprise governance workflows.
Enablement Technology Exposure
- Showpad, including AI-supported content organisation, tagging, and search features.
- Klue, including structured handling of competitive intelligence inputs.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including basic exposure to platform data and administrative views.
- Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for tracking and reporting, and PowerPoint for internal documentation.
What You Will Learn

Education and/or Experience
- Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required, full training is provided.
- Experience using digital tools for coursework or projects is beneficial.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow defined processes and documentation standards.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured information.
