The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager – PACS Europe in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth across Europe.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, across the full marketing mix including above and below the line marketing including digital activation. This role will help drive key marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with central marketing, product teams, and regional sales.

General Skills :
- Must possess excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong teamwork; works well with cross-functional departments and ability to build and maintain strong relationships; willingness to help larger team meet goals and responsibilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization, including management, and individual contributors.
- Campaign-focused, responsive, creative, proactive, and hands on, with the ability to work with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing,technology orsecurity will be advantageous.
- Strong campaign management and digital marketing experience.
- Strong experience in MS Office operating system and applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing automation (Marketo), Content Management System, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of other European languages is desirable.
Work Requirements
- A Cardiff-based hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office 2-days a week.
- Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport, and preferably a valid driving license
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
