Business Development Coordinator (Opening Studio))

 

In Pucon - Assa Abloy Group We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will drive regional teams to achieve Opening studio implementation goals through providing support to regional teams,  specifications, BIM strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional teams to achieve Opening studio implementation goals.
  • Support regions and business units which requires the ability to communicate with global support teams through ServiceNow, Redmine, and other means needed.
  • Support the delivery of specification and BIM strategy to achieve operational goals for LATAM.
  • Prepare and coordinate KPI reporting from the regions and business units under the umbrella of Opening studio.
  • Train and educate regions and business units on the usage of Opening studio, including architects, contractors, distributors, partners, etc.
  • Offer guidance to external contacts including architechts, consultants, specification consultants, specifiers, and architects on Opening studio.
  • Participate in the events, conventions, strategic meetings to promote specifications of prominent projects around LATAM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Architect or engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
  • Relevant work experience of 2-5 years preffered
  • Autodesk Revit / BIM (Advanced proficiency)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced proficiency)
  • English Advanced proficiency (written and spoken)
