  • ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in access solutions. To support our growing Hungarian team, we are looking for a Sales Support colleague who is motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to develop in an international environment.

 

Your role

  • As a Sales Support team member, you will play a key role in supporting our sales organization and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, logistics and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating internal processes between sales, service, operations, and other departments
  • Maintaining and updating sales, service data, reports, and documentation
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and follow‑ups
  • Contributing to process improvements and efficient sales&service support workflows

 

What we are looking for

  • Junior profile with ideally 2–4 years of experience in sales support, service sales, administration, or a similar role
    or
  • Strong fresh graduates with high motivation and strong interest in sales and business operations
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Customer‑oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel skills are an advantage)
  • English language skills are an advantage
