Warehouse Supervisor

The Opportunity

ASSA ABLOY is the global leader in access solutions, trusted by trade professionals across Australia. Our iconic brands like Lockwood, Yale, and Whitco are known for quality, reliability, and innovation.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our Brisbane warehouse operations—someone who can lead from the front, drive safety, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to support our customers.

If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact, this is your opportunity.

The Role | Hands-On Leadership

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all activities—from receiving and storage through to picking, dispatch, and customer collections.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational control, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and participate in all warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch)
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure all system transactions are up to date
  • Oversee cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support and train team members to perform safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
  • Maintain warehouse equipment, facilities, and operational standards
  • Handle walk-in customers and support counter sales when required

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior storeperson role
  • Forklift licence (LF)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX preferred)
  • Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Confident working with warehouse systems and data
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate a small team
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Why Join Us

  • Work with a global leader in access solutions
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Opportunity to shape and improve warehouse operations
  • Stable, long-term role with growth potential
  • On-site role with real ownership and impact
