Projects Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Projects Administrator to support our newly established Project Management Office (PMO) within the Pedestrian segment, during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
About the role
This role provides national project administration, governance support, and data accuracy across multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure consistent processes, documentation control, subcontractor compliance, and financial administration.
Key responsibilities
- Project and document administration, registers, and reporting
- Job setup accuracy and system management
- Subcontractor onboarding and compliance tracking
- Purchase order tracking, invoice reconciliation, and cost support
- Supporting process improvement and consistency across projects
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in construction project administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with subcontractor compliance and project documentation
- Familiarity with project systems (e.g. Aconex, Procore, Simpro) preferred
