Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a period of parental leave.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with teams across the business to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.
What you'll be doing
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and service systems.
- Process customer orders and account transactions accurately.
- Follow up enquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Support customers at the service counter and collection point.
- Liaise with Sales, Warehouse and Manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
About you
You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or customer service management systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work

- Customer enquiries and issues are resolved efficiently
