Service Coordinator
Go Doors, part of the Record / ASSA ABLOY Group, is one of Western Australia’s largest integrated Automatic Door, Roller Door, and Gate companies. We supply and install the world’s leading brands of automatic doors, gates, and revolving doors across the commercial market, holding numerous private and government service contracts and delivering major project packages for Tier 1 builders and customers.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling service work, ensuring technicians are utilised effectively and jobs are completed on time and within budget.
You will play a key role in monitoring performance trends, optimising workflows, and supporting efficient service delivery across the business. Working closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams, you will help maintain high service standards, strong communication, and continuous operational improvement. This position is based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.
What You’ll Do
· Plan and schedule technician work to maximise productivity and ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery.
· Manage workloads and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and service KPIs.
· Monitor Work in Progress (WIP), resolve delays, and track performance trends to drive continuous improvement.
· Maintain regular communication with customers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure high service standards.
· Manage service communications (email and calls) and provide timely support and resolution.
· Contribute to operational efficiency, profitability, and team development through proactive coordination and support.
What You’ll Bring
· Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or planning (minimum 3 years preferred).
· Background in service, construction, or building industries (highly desirable).
· Strong understanding of service delivery processes, KPIs, and workflow optimisation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service systems (Simpro highly desirable).
· Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements in productivity and service delivery.
