Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician responsible for delivering service and maintenance activities across our product range, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Service, inspect, and maintain equipment in line with Australian Standard AS5007 and company processes.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate service outcomes clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and company vehicles responsibly.
- Comply with all WHS, SWMS, PPE, and site-specific requirements.
- Participate in after-hours standby, call-outs, and overtime as required.
- Report safety incidents, hazards, and risks promptly.
- Attend toolbox talks, training, and company programs.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Trade qualification or relevant technical experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills (automatic door systems experience is highly regarded).
- Current driver’s licence.
- Good digital skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
