What you would do as our Marketing Specialist, DAS EMEIA
Join us to lead impactful international marketing campaigns in Digital Access Solutions (DAS) and grow within a supportive, cross-cultural team.
As an EMEIA Marketing Specialist within the DAS Product Segment Marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the marketing strategy for specific product lines within the divisional DAS portfolio. Your role will focus on planning, coordinating, and overseeing impactful campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, support commercial objectives, and address diverse target audiences across the EMEIA region.
You will work closely with commercial teams and specialists in product communication, digital marketing, and marketing activation to ensure consistent positioning and alignment across all channels.
You would also:
- Develop and lead marketing communications strategy for assigned product lines, including annual planning, budgeting, and content direction.
- Create and manage value-driven content and campaigns, such as product launches and industry-specific topics, in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
- Enhance digital presence by optimizing online and social media channels to boost visibility and engagement.
- Produce and integrate customer use cases in various formats, ensuring alignment with the central content library.
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders, including the Marketing Activation Manager, while using market insights to guide strategic messaging and campaign execution.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 10 years in international B2B marketing or within a marketing agency, ideally involving complex products and solutions.
- Has a strong track record in lead generation and strategic campaign execution for complex offerings and is interested in the latest MarCom tools.
- Is able to turn high-level concepts into actionable plans with precision in execution, budgeting, and process management.
- Is proactive, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; experience in security, building management, or building materials is a plus; has excellent English skills, fluency in additional European languages is advantageous.
