Rattaché(e) au Responsable R&D mécanique, vous intégrez une équipe R&D pluridisciplinaire de 50 collaborateurs (électronique, software, tests) et rejoignez plus spécifiquement une équipe mécanique composée de 10 personnes (ingénieurs et techniciens). Vous intervenez sur la conception et l’architecture mécanique de nos imprimantes, en intégrant les enjeux de qualité, de délais et de coûts.

Votre quotidien 

Après une période d’intégration et de formation à nos outils, nos produits et notre process vous participerez au projet vie série de nos imprimantes et au développement de nouveaux produits. A ce tire vos principales missions seront 
 
•    Concevoir et développer les produits de la gamme Evolis en respectant les exigences qualité, délais et couts 
•    Réaliser les analyses technico économiques des solutions retenues afin d’optimiser la valeur produit. 
•    Assurer une veille technologique active et identifier des solutions innovantes en amont des projets de développement. 
•    Piloter la conception, la réalisation et la mise au point des prototypes. 
•    Vérifier, ajuster et valider les conceptions tout au long des phases projet. 
•    Accompagner l’industrialisation et le transfert des produits vers la production. 

Vous évoluez sur des projets avec un accès direct aux phases de tests, de prototypage et de fabrication, vous permettant de voir rapidement l’impact de vos choix techniques.

Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement particulièrement agile et collaboratif les métiers avec lesquels vous travaillez au quotidien (R&D, production, plasturgie, méthodes, qualité) sont réunis sur notre site de Beaucouzé. Cette proximité favorise des échanges rapides, une forte réactivité et une capacité à concrétiser rapidement les solutions techniques au service de nos clients. De même, notre réseau de fournisseurs majoritairement localisés à proximité du site, renforçant cette dynamique d’efficacité dans le développement et l’industrialisation de nos produits. 

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en mécanique. Vous avez une première expérience en conception mécanique idéalement d’un contexte de procédé de transformation des plastiques. Vous avez d’excellentes bases sur Solidworks. Vous disposez d’un Anglais opérationnel. 
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolutions de problématiques complexes. Curieux(se), vous appréciez travailler sur des problématiques concrètes, tester. Votre capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborerez avec des interlocuteurs variés seront des atouts pour le poste. Alors n’hésitez pas à envoyer votre CV.

Reporting to the Mechanical R&D Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary R&D team of 50 employees (electronics, software, testing) and, more specifically, a mechanical team of 10 people (engineers and technicians). You will be involved in the design and mechanical architecture of our printers, taking into account quality, timeline, and cost considerations.

Your missions 

After an onboarding period and training on our tools, products, and processes, you will contribute to the mass production phase of our printers and the development of new products. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
 
Design and develop products for the Evolis range while meeting quality, deadline, and cost requirements.
Conduct technical and economic analyses of selected solutions to optimize product value. 
Conduct active technology monitoring and identify innovative solutions prior to development projects. 
Oversee the design, creation, and refinement of prototypes. 
Verify, adjust, and validate designs throughout all project phases.

You will work on projects with direct access to the testing, prototyping, and manufacturing phases, allowing you to quickly see the impact of your technical choices.

The position is part of a particularly agile and collaborative environment; the departments you work with on a daily basis (R&D, production, plastics, methods, quality) are all located at our Beaucouzé site. This proximity fosters rapid communication, strong responsiveness, and the ability to quickly implement technical solutions for our customers. Similarly, our network of suppliers, most of whom are located near the site, reinforces this dynamic of efficiency in the development and industrialization of our products. 

You hold a master’s degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering. You have some experience in mechanical design, ideally in the context of plastic processing. You have a strong foundation in SolidWorks. You have a working knowledge of English. 
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. You are curious and enjoy working on practical problems and conducting tests. Your ability to work in a team and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders will be an asset for this position. So don’t hesitate to send your resume.
