Reporting to the General Management, you will conduct a portfolio of strategic projects: development of new products, specific projects and internal requests. You will be involved from the expression of the need to the start of production. You will guarantee the success of projects by respecting quality, costs and deadlines, while instilling innovation and design.

Your mission

After a period of internal training (to our process and product), your missions will be::

· Organize and manage product developments, from design to customer acceptance.

· Coordinate internal teams (mechanical, electronic, software, test) and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Industrialization, etc.).

· Guarantee the smooth running of the project and the achievement of product development objectives by ensuring compliance with our specifications in terms of innovation, quality, design, time and price.

· Ensure reporting and communication on the progress of projects.

· Ensure compliance with ISO processes and quality standards.

You collaborate with your colleagues in R&D (Mechanics, Electronics, Software and Test) as well as with the other departments of the company (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Industrialization, Methods, etc.).

Your profile

You have a Master Degree, ideally an engineer or a technical focus, with a specialization in project management. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in an industrial environment. You have a good level of English (B2) and French.

Rattaché(e)à la Direction Générale, vous êtes le (la) chef(fe) d’orchestre d’un portefeuille de projets stratégiques : développement de nouveaux produits, projets spécifiques et demandes internes. Vous interviendrez de l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la mise en production, vous garantissez la réussite des projets en respectant qualité, coûts et délais, tout en insufflant innovation et design.

Votre quotidien

Après une période de formation interne (à nos process et nos produits), vos missions seront :

· Organiser et piloter les développements produits, de la conception à la recette client.

· Coordonner les actions des équipes internes (R&D mécanique, électronique, software, test) et des départements transverses (Marketing, Achats, Qualité, Industrialisation…).

· Garantir le bon déroulement du projet et l’atteinte des objectifs de développement produit en veillant au respect de notre cahier des charges en termes d’innovation, de qualité, de design, de délai et de prix.

· Assurer le reporting et la communication sur l’avancement des projets.

· Veiller au respect des processus ISO et des standards qualité.

Vous collaborez avec vos collègues de la R&D (Mécanique, Electronique, Software et Test) ainsi qu’avec les autres départements de l’entreprise (Marketing, Achats, Qualité, Industrialisation, Méthodes…).

Votre profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+4/5 idéalement ingénieur ou à dominante technique avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets. Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel. Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais. (B2).

Organisé(e), vous avez un bon relationnel et vous êtes à l’aise dans la prise de décisions et l’animation d’équipe.
