À la suite d’une évolution interne, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Responsable Logistique. Vous rejoindrez la direction des opérations et rattaché(e) au Responsable Logistique Business Area de HID, vous pilotez l’ensemble des activités logistiques du siège. Dans un contexte de développement et épaulé(e) par un team leader, vous pilotez les flux entre les différents acteurs de la chaîne logistique depuis nos fournisseurs jusqu’aux clients.

Votre quotidien 

Vous avez la responsabilité de l’équipe logistique de Evolis Beaucouzé (13 personnes dont un teamleader) et contribuez à la performance industrielle du site. Après une période d’intégration et de formation à nos outils et process, vous êtes moteur dans l'amélioration continue de vos activités :
 
Gestion et animation de l’équipe logistique France 
Piloter et organiser les activités quotidiennes de l’équipe 
Gérer le recrutement, l’intégration et la formation des nouveaux arrivants (intérimaires et permanents) avec le soutien de l’équipe RH
Coordonner les activités avec les équipes logistiques internationales

Pilotage de la performance logistique
Superviser la gestion des stocks et des inventaires (tant composants que produits finis)
Optimiser les flux physiques et l’espace de stockage
Garantir le taux de service et piloter les plans d’actions associés
Adapter les activités/processus réception/expédition selon les aléas

Amélioration continue & projets 
Déployer les démarches Lean et projets d’amélioration continue et contribuer aux performance Qualité, Délais et Couts 
Participer à la revue hebdomadaire du plan de production 
Participer à des projets de dimension internationale

Vous travaillez en interaction directe avec : l’atelier de la plasturgie, la production, l’administration des ventes, l’Ordonnancement, la Qualité, les Achats, ainsi qu’avec nos fournisseurs et clients à l’international.

Votre profil 

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+3 et avez minimum 8 ans d’expérience en tant que manager de terrain ou titulaire d’un Bac +5 en génie industriel ou logistique (ou équivalent) et vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en management d’équipe idéalement logistique (ou en opérations industrielles). Vous êtes à l’aise avec les principes du Lean Management. La connaissance d’un ERP est indispensable. Compte tenu de notre contexte international, votre anglais est opérationnel

Following internal mobility, we are looking for our next Logistics Manager. You will join the Operations Department and report to HID’s Senior Fulfillment Manager, overseeing all logistics activities at Evolis's headquarters in Angers (Beaucouzé). Supported by a team leader, you will manage the flow of goods between the various players in the supply chain—from our suppliers to our customers—as we continue to grow.

Your missions

You will be responsible for the logistics team at Evolis Beaucouzé (13 people, including a team leader) and contribute to the site’s operational performance. After an onboarding period and training on our tools and processes, you will be a driving force in the continuous improvement of your operations:
 
Management and leadership of the France logistics team 
Managing and organizing the team’s daily activities 
Managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires (temporary and permanent staff) with support from the HR team
Coordinating activities with international logistics teams

Logistics performance management
Supervising stock and inventory management (both components and finished products)
Optimize physical flows and storage space
Ensure service levels and oversee related action plans
Adapt receiving and shipping activities/processes to unforeseen circumstances

Continuous Improvement & Projects 
Implement Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects, and contribute to performance in Quality, Lead Times, and Costs 
Participate in the weekly review of the production plan 
Participate in international projects

You will work in direct collaboration with: the plastics workshop, production, sales administration, scheduling, quality, purchasing, as well as with our international suppliers and customers.

Your Profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 8 years of experience as a front-line manager, or you hold a master’s degree in industrial engineering or logistics (or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in team management, ideally in logistics (or industrial operations). You are comfortable with the principles of Lean Management. Knowledge of an ERP system is essential. Given our international context, you must have a working knowledge of English.
