Installation Engineer

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Carry out site operations and installation contract work, ensuring works carried out meets the company values and principles. To carry out tasks of high quality, and customer care, and done to the highest of health & safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all works are delivered accurately, effectively and efficiently.

Behave appropriately at all time, setting high standards, and with principles and values in terms of quality, safety, environmental, moral, and legal.

Reporting of the contract work at expected productivity levels, ensuring the business meets relevant KPI’s and service level agreements.

Deliver level of operating performance that enables retention of existing contracts, and a solid base and reputation to gain further business.

Work efficiently with line management, project teams, contractors and suppliers.

Identify further business opportunities and report back on these.

Make sure information and reports from site are adequate for processing by the administration/customer service team.

Work internal and external providers and ensure quality and safety management systems are adhered to.

Fully aware of all company polices and committed to meeting the objectives of these strategies.

Further tasks / responsibilities as arising on an adhoc basis.
